I’m Valtteri Eroma – an Entrepreneur, Brand & Design Executive and Business Leader with over two decades of experience in shaping globally recognized consumer products, services, and brands. From listed multinationals to bold new ventures, I’ve helped build things that people use, love and remember.
Design is my native language. It’s where my relentless curiosity meets a drive to create better, smarter, more meaningful experiences. I believe great design starts with people – listening, understanding, and then challenging the obvious. As a leader, I stand for empathy, clarity and building trust. I’ve always led by example, helping teams unlock their strengths and work together toward shared, ambitious goals.
Today, I serve as the CEO and Head of Brand & Design at Arctic Blue Beverages Ltd, the first listed Nordic craft gin company on Nasdaq Stockholm. We are the creators of the internationally awarded Arctic Blue Gins and Arctic Blue Oat – the world’s first non-dairy gin-based cream liqueur. I also collaborate with startups as a strategic advisor and partner, helping bring fresh ideas to life.
People I’ve worked with have called me versatile, inspiring, consumer-driven, business-minded, and solid as a rock. That last one is my favorite.
Beyond work, I find balance in nature – offshore sailing, off-piste skiing, and long hikes with a camera in hand.
I live in Lauttasaari, Helsinki – where the sea is never far away.
